Ossetra wondrous earth skin care collection is a natural skin care line, with no chemicals, parabens, or artificial preservatives. Ossetra wondrous earth skin care collection is created with natural raw ingredients from the province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. I.C. Spa Products Inc. is the owner and founder of the Ossetra wondrous earth skin care collection Ossetra is the first FDA approved skin care collection in the world that uses iceberg water in its skin care formulations. Now, you may ask why iceberg water? Very simple, iceberg water is the purest water on the earth, it is created by glacial water formed thousands of years ago and preserved by nature before pollution, carbons, acid rain, etc. It is scientifically documented that iceberg water has a pH of 5.0 which is the closest to the skin's pH (normally around 4.5-5.5). This means that iceberg water is actually good for the skin and the skin readily accepts it. You don't have to be concerned about any harmful chemicals. The icebergs drift down from Iceland to Labrador through what we call "Iceberg Alley". Approximately 400-600 icebergs drift past our shores every year between May - July before melting in warmer waters. I.C. Spa Products Inc. subcontracts a company in St. Anthony Newfoundland called CanadaIce Inc. who harvests and bottles the pure iceberg water called 80 Degrees North. This pure iceberg water is then used for the Ossetra wondrous earth skin care. The Ossetra skin care collection also uses seaweed from our pristine cold Atlantic waters. Our harvester (Avalon Harvesting) cuts (not pulling the roots) the seaweed so the seaweed can continue to grow and flourish. We then bring it to our processor within two hours of the seaweed coming out of the ocean which ensures the seaweed keeps its optimal value of minerals seaweed is known to have. An extrat is then taken from the seaweed and placed in the Ossetra products. Our berries also play an important role in Ossetra. We use extracts of Blueberries, Partridgeberries (Lingdonberry), Bakeapple (Cloudberry) and Sea Buckthorn. These berries are known for their extremely high antioxidant properties. Again, an extract is taken and placed into the skin care line.
